Hello! I'm a first year Computational Biology PhD student worker at UC Berkeley. Before that, I was a software engineer in the Sabeti Lab at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT, working on ADAPT, a system for viral diagnostic design. I'm interested in studying how human behavior shapes and is shaped by the design of the computational tools we work with, particularly within health and genetics.
